Siemens-Veranstaltung DIGITALISIERTE PRODUKTION UND ANLAGENMANAGEMENT
Durch den seit kurzem bestehenden Kontakt zur WKO Wien, Sparte Industrie, im Speziellen zu Herrn Mag. Schiller, wurde ich zu der Veranstaltung DIGITALISIERTE PRODUKTION UND ANLAGENMANAGEMENT eingeladen. Diese fand am 5.11.2015 in der Siemens City in Wien statt. Solche themenspezifischen Veranstaltungen werden von der Sparte Industrie im Rahmen der Industrieakademie Wien Niederösterreich Burgenland organisiert.

Industrieakademie macht Digitalisierung zum Fokusthema
In einer exklusiven Runde wurde diskutiert, welche radikalen Umbrüche die Digitalisierung für die Produktion und das Anlagenmanagement bereithält. Erklärtes Ziel der Diskussion war, den TeilnehmerInnen wegweisende und vor allem praktische Tools in die Hand zu geben.
Best-Practice Opel Wien
Die Best-Practice-Vorträge spannten dabei einen Bogen von der diskreten Industrie hin zur Prozessindustrie plus den Fördermöglichkeiten der FFG und des aws.
Gerhard Krauser und Clemens Fath referierten über die kundengetriggerte bzw. auftraggesteuerte Materialdisposition und Programmsteuerung bei Opel Wien. Mittels einer digitalen Lösung gelang es den Wienern nicht nur ihre Lagerbestände zu reduzieren. Sie steigerten auch ganz nebenbei ihre Produktion signifikant. Eine Leistung, die nicht unentdeckt blieb und ihnen die internationale Auszeichnung des Harbour Reports bescherte.
Siemens Industry Software
Den krönenden Schluss machte Gerald Sturm-Ofenböck. Der General Manager der Siemens Industry Software zeigte wie integriertes Engineering als zentrales Element der Prozessindustrie funktioniert und wie sich mit der Softwarelösung Comos ein wertschöpfendes Life-Cycle-Konzept bei einer Anlage erstellen lässt.
Siemens-Demo-Anlage
Bei der anschließenden Demonstration der Siemens-Demo-Anlage „Innovationsprojekt Industrie 4.0 für die Prozessindustrie“ wurden die Regelkreise, welche durch Industrie 4.0 möglich werden, anschaulich dargestellt.
Networking
Beim nachfolgenden Networking (mit einem ausgezeichneten Buffet) war Gelegenheit, die Teilnehmer dieser Veranstaltung näher kennenzulernen und sich zu vernetzen.
